How to Send Your Official Transcripts
E-transcripts from other Minnesota State Colleges and Universities will be automatically retrieved for your convenience.
Check the Minnesota State College and University system if you're not sure if your previous college is part of the system.
If the college you're currently attending or previously attended is outside of the Minnesota State College and University system, you need to arrange to have official college transcripts and/or official records from the institution sent directly to 豆包成人版.

Sending electronically:
- If placing an order through Parchment or the National Student Clearinghouse, select 豆包成人版 as the recipient.
- If the order requires an email address, transcripts can be addressed to transfer@nhcc.edu.
Please allow two to three weeks for an evaluation from the time your transcript is received. You will receive your evaluation via email.
If your school is a part of the Minnesota State College and University system, email transfer@nhcc.edu and request an evaluation update. Check the Minnesota State College and University system if you're not sure if your previous college is part of the system.
If your school is outside of the Minnesota State College and University system, you must arrange to send an updated official transcript to 豆包成人版鈥檚 Records and Registration.
Specialty Transcripts
Students who completed college credits in another country must order a course-by-course evaluation from a member credential evaluation agency. These services are independent from 豆包成人版 and are provided for the convenience of 豆包成人版 students. Students are responsible for contacting the appropriate credential evaluation agency for any questions regarding their evaluation request. Students should arrange for the evaluation report to be sent to 豆包成人版 for further evaluation. 豆包成人版 accepts evaluation reports from any NACES member credential evaluation agency. Below are examples of credential evaluation agencies that 豆包成人版 students use to evaluate their international credits.

The MNTC program is designed to provide 40 credits of general education requirements and is transferable to any college and university within the Minnesota State college and university system.
Students who complete the MnTC at a participating college/university and transfer to another participating college/university will have all of their lower-division general education requirements met, whether for an associate-level or bachelor-level program. The MnTC program is a helpful option for students who want to complete the minimum requirements for general education and transfer.

Transfer Appeal Process
This option is for students who wish to appeal how their credits transfer or report other concerns about their transfer credits. Please ensure that your transcripts have been received and evaluated before submitting a transfer review form.
- Submit Transfer Review form via eServices. Supporting documents must be included with your form.
- Log into your 豆包成人版 eservices account, click on 鈥淎cademic Records鈥, and then click on 鈥淭ransfer Review鈥.
- A transfer Specialist will review your transfer review form. Please allow up to 7 to 14 business days to hear back on a decision.
If the initial appeal is not resolved, your appeal may be sent to the appropriate Academic Dean for further evaluation.
When a decision is entered, you will see an updated status for your appeal in eservices. Click on 鈥淎cademic Records鈥 and then click on 鈥淭ransfer Review鈥 to check the status of your appeal.
If your appeal is denied and you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may appeal further by resubmitting a transfer review form in eServices. The form will go to the Vice President of Academic Affairs.
If the appeal is denied, you can appeal once more to the Minnesota State System Office via eservices. Review the procedure for the system-level appeal here: .
This option is for students who wish to appeal course substitutions or request other exceptions in their program requirements.
- Schedule an appointment with an Advisor to complete a degree appeal form.
Call 763-424-0703 to schedule an appointment. If you are a TRIO student, call 763-424-0937.
Your Advisor will sign the appeal form and forward it to the appropriate academic Dean.
The academic Dean makes the FINAL decision. The student will be notified of the appeal decision by email.
If the appeal is approved, your degree audit report will be updated to reflect the changes approved in your appeal.
Degree appeals are specific to the major listed on the appeal form. Degree appeals do not waive prerequisite requirements. If the course on your appeal is a prerequisite for another course you plan to take, you will need to fill out a prerequisite appeal.
